This wall scroll features the Chinese calligraphy symbol Teacher and is 11 inches wide and 29 inches high. The other words are a proverb meaning a Teacher Teaches by Example; that it was painted in the summer and the name of the artist. The top and bottom of the Teacher scroll is dark blue silk brocade and is surrounded by white silk brocade. The Teacher wall scroll has a weighted scroll rod within the bottom which allows it to hang properly on your wall. This scroll was painted by the artist Xing Chen, a Beijing, China calligraphy artist.
