Orders at Chinese Art Store may be shipped via USPS first-class parcel for only $8.75 within the USA and to our international customers. USPS Priority and Express shipping options are also available worldwide. If a shipping service is available to your country the option and related charges will be presented during checkout. If your country is not listed you may contact us to see if we can ship to your country.

USPS Priority Mail Service shipping charges are weight based and clearly displayed during the checkout process allowing you to determine if this option fits your needs and budget.
USPS Express Shipping Service
USPS Express is available within the USA and to our international customers. USPS Express shipping is weight based and charges will be calculated during the checkout process. After your order ships you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number.
UPS Shipping Services
UPS Shipping is available within the USA only. UPS shipping is weight based and the charges for each available service will be calculated during the checkout process. After your order ships you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number.
Chinese Art Store Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined below we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.
Returning an Item is Easy
To return an item simply Contact Us to request an invoice containing the required Order Return Number. We will email you a copy of the invoice, which will include the Order Return Number. After receiving your returned item in its original condition we will ship a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund (normally within seven days). When your refund is issued or your replacement item is shipped we will send you an email notification.
PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before you return an item or this policy will be considered null and void. Returns received without an invoice containing the order return number may be refused at our sole discretion. To avoid any problems with your return contact us before returning your order.
At our sole discretion returns received without the required Order Return Number will be subject to a processing fee of $10, and a shipping fee equal to the amount it will cost to ship your item to you.
