your order faster we offer a UPS shipping option to the United
States of America ONLY! The UPS shipping charges

Shipping from China via UPS is more expensive,

via USPS Priority Mail or EMS Express
We offer express shipping services
for an additional fee, this fee will be calculated during
checkout. In the USA express orders are delivered via
the USPS Priority Mail service and international express
orders are delivered via EMS Express, both services may be tracked online. After
we ship your order we will email you
the tracking number for your package.
Express Shipping is
available to the countries listed below:

We offer a very liberal return policy, if you don't
like it, send it back. Wrong color? Send it back, we
will accept the return and replace the item or refund
your money, whichever method you prefer. The only thing
you must do to receive a replacement or refund is to
follow the simple return policy outlined below.
EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS, all products purchased
at the Chinese Art Store may be returned in their original
condition within thirty (30) days for a full refund.

BEFORE returning
any item from your order.
There are NO exceptions to
our return policy! If you fail to contact us before
returning
your order you will not receive a refund, nor will your
product be returned to you unless you first pay a shipping charge equal to the actual shipping rate
and a
$5 handling fee.
All returns must include
insurance for the value of the returned product.
Return shipping charges must be paid by you, the
customer and you must pay for insurance equal to the
value of the products you are returning.
When returning products you must include a printed copy of
the invoice, the "Order Return Number" and ship the
