Though this site lists Chinese artworks, Dragon Artworks LLC can obtain virtually any product you need.  We are a China direct purchasing agent with the ability to acquire virtually any item you need and export it to you via International Post, UPS, Air or Sea Cargo.

There are countless problems that can arise from exporting or importing products from overseas, that is why it is so difficult for small businesses to import products directly. At Web Central Ltd. we have trained experts who can handle all of the export issues that may arise and make sure your products arrive at your location without being detained by customs in China or the USA.

Web Central Ltd. specializes in providing wholesale products for small retail businesses, flea market vendors and other small businesses who need to order quantities of products at wholesale prices.  As a China purchasing agent we can offer much lower minimum order requirements to our wholesale buyers than traditional wholesalers. This allows virtually any business the opportunity to buy directly from China.

For initial orders we will require that your order be shipped to the billing address of the credit card provided as payment, however we will consider shipping to alternate addresses after a relationship has been established between our businesses.

Import and Export Requirements

SPECIAL NOTE:  Some of the retail and wholesale products will require you to pay an import duty fee/tax. This import fee/tax is to be paid by YOU the buyer and NOT the Chinese Art Store, we CANNOT pay this import fee/tax for you.  The Chinese Art Store will pay all applicable export fees/taxes needed in order to export your products from China, but you bear the sole responsibility for all applicable import fees/taxes.

Artworks and many other products we export will not require you to pay any import duty fees/taxes but it is your duty as the importer to determine if your products will require you to pay an import tax/fee.

For U.S. tariff rates on imported products or information regarding regulations such as import quotas, contact the US Customs office nearest you. You may also call the U.S. Customs Office at 1-877-287-8667 (outside Washington D.C. only).

Regardless of the country where you will import these products, the same conditions apply to ALL buyers.  Our customers are responsible for all import taxes and/or fees required to import products into their home country.

YOU are responsible for determining and paying all import taxes and/or fees in your home country. Any buyer who fails to meet their obligations in this regard we will have his account suspended and will be barred from purchasing products from us until said buyer fulfills the obligations set forth by law in their country.
