Four Chinese Tang Dynasty Women Painting Scroll Set
This wall scroll Chinese painting painted four beautiful women who directly influenced and changed the Chinese Tang Dynasty history.Viewed from right to left, the big calligraphy writing on the first painting is wen (writing). The small words means article service the monarchs. This beautiful woman was Shang guan wan r (664-710) who was the highest woman civil official in the history of China.

The big word of the second painting is li (beauty). The small words on the top means the beautiful beauty let the world person exclaim over. This woman was Yang yu huan (719-756) who was skilled in the music, good at singing and dancing. The king loved her too much, almost lost his power and had to let her die. There is a very famous love poem from that story which names Song of Everlasting Sorrow.

The big word of the third painting is jie (outstanding). The small words on the top means the outstanding comes out domination. The woman was Wu ze tian (624-705). She was Chinese empire only female emperor. The outstanding woman, had the wisdom which certainly good ability and exceeded others in ability.

The big word of the last Chinese painting is ying (hero). The small words on the top means charming hero plays with wind and cloud. The pretty girl was Tai ping gong zhu who was the youngest daughter of Wu ze tian(663-713).
